I heard this track in the middle of an excellent mix from Noncollective, and I perked right up. It's very much a product of its home country, which is to say a fairly incoherent brew—steady marimbas à la Steve Reich, some guitar Frippery, a little new age saxophone, a dash of Japanese ladies wordlessly vocalizing.
